Ozzie Albies has put the Atlanta Braves on his back this week.
Just a day after going 2-4 with two doubles and a run scored in Atlanta's come from behind, 7-6 win, over the Chicago Cubs, Ozzie Albies is at it again.
With one out in the 9th and Ronald Acuña Jr on first base, Ozzie stepped into the box with intent of tying this game up. He alertly held up his swing when Ronald took off for 2nd, stealing his 69th bag of the season and getting himself into scoring position.
And then Ozzie cashed in.
Albies laced a single through the right side that was hit just hard enough to allow Ronald to score from 2nd, tying the game at three runs apiece and giving Ozzie his 2nd RBI of the game.
